  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of delays due to stock availability, we will notify you via email/phone.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹99 (India only).

  • For orders below ₹99, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may attract additional charges.


3. Delivery Timelines (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4 – 6 business days

  • Remote/Interiors: 5 – 7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery timelines:10 –15 business days (depending on destination).

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

  • Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID & link via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment in real-time until it reaches you.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts.

  • If the package is not accepted, the order will be marked as “RTO (Return to Origin)”, and re-delivery charges will apply.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • LuvyaFashion.com is not liable for delays caused by courier issues, natural calamities, strikes, or other situations beyond our control.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please inform us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution (replacement or store credit).
