Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Damaged, altered, or used items will not be accepted for exchange.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Accessories (jewelry, handbags, clutches, etc.)

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team at rajnicollection97@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for exchange.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us at your own cost.

  4. After inspection, we will process an exchange for the same product or store credit.

4. Store Credit

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equal to the purchase value.

  • Store credits can be used on any future purchase at LuvyaFashion.com.

  • Store credits are valid for 45 Days from the date of issue.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

6. Defective or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • In such cases, return shipping will be borne by us, and we will replace the product at no extra cost.

7. Important Notes

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Exchange approval is subject to inspection and quality check.
